We want you to feel confident trying BabyEcho. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Refund eligibility

  • Non-delivery: You were charged but did not receive the product you paid for.
  • Technical issues: A technical problem on our side prevents delivery or the product is unusable.
  • Accidental duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same order.

How to request a refund

Email us at info@babyecho.ai and include:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • The product you purchased (storybook PDF or narrated story video)
  • A brief description of the issue

Time window

Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.

What happens next

We’ll review your request and reply as quickly as possible. If we can fix the issue, we may offer that first; otherwise we’ll process a refund when eligible.
