Refund eligibility
- Non-delivery: You were charged but did not receive the product you paid for.
- Technical issues: A technical problem on our side prevents delivery or the product is unusable.
- Accidental duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same order.
How to request a refund
Email us at info@babyecho.ai and include:
- The email address used for your purchase
- The product you purchased (storybook PDF or narrated story video)
- A brief description of the issue
Time window
Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase.
What happens next
We’ll review your request and reply as quickly as possible. If we can fix the issue, we may offer that first; otherwise we’ll process a refund when eligible.
